How does The Traveling Apron service work?
The Traveling Apron service is designed to provide healthy, delicious meals to our clients through the convenience our home delivery service.
Meals are delivered to your home individually packaged and ready to heat and serve or refrigerate immediately. Our meals are good for 5 days in the refrigerator or a month in the freezer.
Start by providing us with your phone number and email. Begin browsing our Menu. Once you decide what you’d like to order, place your order by emailing info@thetravelingapron.com.
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm the delivery date/time and provide any additional details.
How many meals will the chef make?
We offer 3 serving options:
3 single serving selections for $60.00 +tax
6 single serving selections for $100.000 +tax
9 single serving selections for 140.00 + tax
you may add addtional selections to the order for $20.00 per serving.
Breakfast, snacks and desserts are available as well.
How often can I receive a meal delivery?
The frequency of deliveries is based upon individual need; weekly, bi-weekly, or however often is necessary.
We request that orders for the up coming week are placed by Friday at 3:00PM. We deliver Tuesday and Wednesday.
What about special diets or dietary concerns?
We happily accommodate most requests, including diabetics, gluten-free, keto, paleo, etc. Simply ask about special menu requests during the free consultation.
Do I have to be home when the meal is delivered?
No, you do not have to be home, but we ask that all meals are refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible. We are not responsible for meals that aren’t properly handled after delivery.
Is this a subscription service?
No. This service is offered on an individual basis, and follow-up appointments can be made after each service.
Does Medicare or other insurance pay for the service?
There are plans that may cover certain meal delivery services. Check with your provider to see if your plan is covered.
